The number of screens on my prototype at this time is maybe five or six, but there are two or three more sheets that are needing to be done just to finish the game.
1: Title.
2: Instructions and goals.
3: Walking into Damascus.
4: Walking into the Baza'ar.
5: Talking with different people.
6: Trading screen.
7: Stables and talking to the owner.

8: Buying the horse.
9: Riding out of Damascus.

Yes, but I intend to refine the controls into something easier to understand.

Answer 3:
Yes, I am quite satisfied with the prototype. Refine the controls and cut out the pieces to show moving things (i.e. mouse, character, city gates, etc.) and possibly add some colour.

Answer 4:
NO! Because I am horrible at videos and hate the sound of my voice when I hear it played back (hahaha!)
